Schwabe Thyroidinum (Trituration) (20 GM)

The clinical feature of hypothyroidism is tiredness, weight gain, goitre, bradycardia, hypertension, muscular pain and stiffness, depression, dry skin, sometimes alopecia, erythema, and purple lips. Whereas, in hyperthyroidism, there may be prominent diffuse goitre, weight loss despite increased appetite, tachycardia, nervousness, irritability, increased sweating, heat-intolerance, fatigue and sometimes alopecia, pigmentation, and lymphadenopathy. Symptoms of impotence or loss of libido are common in both.
