1. Where we deliver

Hindustan Cosmed Pvt. Ltd. ships to addresses across India through reputed courier partners and India Post. We do not ship outside India at present.

2. Order processing and dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after the order is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive an email confirming your order, and another with tracking details once it has been dispatched.

3. Delivery time

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days of dispatch. Delivery to remote areas, or during festivals, weather disruptions or courier delays, may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping or COD charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

5. Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also check your order status on our Track Order page or in My Account.

6. Delivery address and failed delivery

Please make sure your name, full address, PIN code and contact details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or the recipient was unavailable or refused delivery, we may charge shipping again to re-send it. Prepaid orders returned in this way will be refunded after deducting the shipping costs incurred.

7. Damaged or tampered packages

If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with, please record an unboxing video or take photos and write to us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
