Schwabe Calcarea Ova Tosta (Trituration) (20 GM)
Selected shells are taken after removing the inner thin membranous layer. It is triturated. The pure calcarea ovarum has a white or slightly pinkish color and contains not less than 34% of calcium. It is popularly called Ova Tosta and is commonly used for all types of leucorrhoea because of fast absorption of calcium.
It is used in bland leucorrhoea with backache and feeling as if the back were broken in two and a persistent tired feeling.
It is a safe drug and can be used for a prolonged period of treatment.
