Schwabe Calcarea Carbonica (Trituration) (20 GM)
Homoeopathic preparation is made from the selected middle layer of oyster shells. It is triturated under prefixed conditions of heat, atmosphere, and dry bed thickness under GMP conditions.
It is normally used in 6x potency for swelling of glands, deep muscle abscesses, and pituitary and thyroid dysfunctions.
At 3x level it is used as an antacid, lowering the systemic poisons, and for regularisation of acid-secreting cells, healing of irritable points and thus lowering abdominal discomfort.
The drug has many uses. At lower attenuations, the action is more at cellular levels and as such the application area. normally should be those listed above.
